About the Studio
Studio 1 features clear windows facing west and south, providing consistent natural light. With concrete floor space and flat white walls, it has a cozy apartment-style aesthetic. Studio 1 includes a kitchenette (no stove), making it perfect for florists and food photographers. We provide props, chairs, plants, and a 9-foot-long table. Everything is easily movable to accommodate your own creative vision.

We allow rescheduling of reservations as close as 5 days before the reservation time. To reschedule go to the initial confirmation email you received when reserving the space and follow the instructions given.

All reservations are final, If you feel there is a special circumstance for cancellation, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate.

The studios are located in the International District kiddie corner to Uwajimaya. Free two-hour parking is available around our block as well as paid two-hour city parking north of Dearborn. There are paid all day lots for $13 across the street down 6th Avenue S. Please follow parking regulations, we are not responsible for any parking fines accrued.
